Filing and Same Day Approvals

Local Law 11 enacted
Local Law 10 requiring facade inspections every 5 years has now been superceded by Local Law 11 requiring not just the front facade but every facade of a building over 75 feet in height to be inspected.

Combining Apartments as an Alt. II
Apartments can now be combined without going through the lengthy process of amending the Certificate of Occupancy. PPN 3/97 allows combing of apartments under Alteration Type II applications.
